These are NOT DIY (Do It Yourself) kits, I finish the product with the photo or custom quote/name you provide to me.
♥ My process takes a set amount of time that I cannot speed up (cure time, glue time, etc…) My custom orders with photos require anywhere from 24 hours to 36 hours. All of my items are custom made to order and I start that process as soon as your order is received.

If I am still waiting for a photo to finish your order, that is all I am lacking to finish your order. (so your item is in the process waiting for the final step)

♥ Although the images are sealed, I do not recommend exposing your charm to water. Remove before bathing, swimming and water activities.
♥ To clean, simply use a soft polish cloth. Do not immerse in a silver dip cleaner. It will take the black etching off your discs. I store all of my jewelry (costume and fine jewelry in small baggies to protect from the environment < I recommend the same for you > You can put a silica gel packet inside the bag with your jewelry (the kind that comes in a shoe box or purse) or anti tarnish paper to keep the moisture out.
♥ Remove your jewelry when cleaning, swimming and taking a shower. Do not expose your jewelry to any product that contains bleach, ammonia, alcohol, fingernail polish removers that contain acetone, and turpentine (perfumes, lotions). Keep your jewelry as dry as possible.
♥ Choking Hazard, Small Parts - Not recommended for young children.
♥ Please note that my designs are water resistant but not waterproof, so please be careful not to wear them in the shower, bathing, or while swimming. If they are submerged in water or have got moderately wet the image will run and/or bleed. We are not responsible for damaged jewelry due to water.

♥ Once your package has been shipped and scanned in by USPS, we no longer hold responsibility for it. We cannot issue refunds for packages that are lost in transit, delivered late and/or are not delivered. Please contact your local post office to resolve any issues with undelivered packages.

For these reasons it is important to open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them. Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order.

♥ Since each product in our shop is made to order, I do not accept returns unless it is due to an error that I made (wrong product sent, defect in the product, etc...), You will be reimbursed for total purchase price INCLUDING shipping both ways.
